"Ace in the Hole"

Defender: Pick any 1 (35 point max) standard fighter, randomly pick 1 technology card, and playing the "Commander" pilot card (additional +1 to hit), and has "Alien Artifact" (bonus d10 energy per round). Attacker starts at full power (regardless of race)

Defender: Designs map, must place ship at center of the map.

Attacker(s): Pick any aligned 3 standard fighters (35 point max), place at any map edge hex. One fighter may have a random technology card. Attackers may use alternatly 5 Ma-Sunni fighters with no technology cards.

Rules: Defender must remain on the board for at least 10 rounds. Defender must leave the board though one of the "Blitz Jager" title hexes (center of sides of map). Attackers must stop the defender from leaving.

"Ambush at Dark Well"

pak88 Attacker: Ambusher: 250 points, Playing any race. Design map with Gravity well in center of map. Leaving at least 3 open lanes to the gravity well. Place your ships on the map defending gravity well. You may "hide" your ships in a Nebula (write on a piece of paper relative to center of gravity well the location of your ships). If your "hidden" ships move, fire or enemy vessel comes within 5 hexes they are detected and must be placed on the map at the end of the movement phase.

Defender: 6 Heavy transports and 4 cargo ships (use Gunboat counters and new Cargo and Heavy Transport ship stats) These are lightly armed ships (no missiles, 1 front weapon turret - 180 degree penalty of -2 to hit, 5 shots). They have full shields. 100 points worth of escorts (fighters only) will be 3-4 fighters.

Victory conditions: Attacker wins of they can destroy 6 or more cargo ships, Defender wins if they get 5 or more ships into the wormhole.
